A family winegrower's house, with discreet luxury for this 70m² loft..., renovated and decorated with softness and elegance. Open-plan fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, combined washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge, microwave) opening onto dining room and living room, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, shower room with washbasin and shower, separate toilet. Flat-screen TV with foreign channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi, baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, etc.). Cleaning charge of €50. Bed linen, tourist tax and heating are included in the price. Access to the accommodation via an internal spiral staircase. Towels available on request at €10/person. Private parking for one car, secure storage for 10 bikes with 8 electric sockets, gas central heating.
